Orders
User can order our products in the following ways:
1: Online via ww.kactri.gr website. To search for and purchase products from the website is extremely simple. To purchase a product you do not need to register. Browse the pages of our online store then choose the product you want and click ‘ADD TO CART’. Using the same procedure you can add more products to your cart. When you have finished selecting your products click on ‘VIEW CART’. Here you can see your selected products and the cost of your purchase. Confirm your selections and click ‘CHECKOUT’. Fill in the fields that appear, select the payment method and click ‘MAKE ORDER’. When placing your order you will receive an automated e-mail confirming receipt and details of your order. After your order is processed you will receive a second confirmation e-mail.

Prices
Final prices include VAT at 24%. We reserve the right to modify prices.

Payment can be made in the following ways:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club and these can be used securely by filling in the relevant order form. The payments processing services are provided by Braintree, a division of PayPal, Inc.

3. Cash on delivery.
Customers who live in Greece can pay upon receipt of the product by courier or mail.

By choosing this method of payment, you should not check out your cart, but send us an email to info@kactri.gr with the SKU of the jewelry you wish to buy as well as any other label you want to make to us regarding this. After that, you should make the deposit of the amount in one of the above accounts. You can write your full name as cause of payment. The name of beneficiary that will appear is Asteriadi Alexandra Evdoxia. For immediate execution of your order, you should send us the receipt of the deposit by e-mail at info@kactri.gr. We will notify you immediately about the shipping process.
Shipping Methods
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) starting the
next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Some products may need up to 10 days to be processed. In such a case,
information will be displayed on that product page.
Greece
Within Greece all orders will be shipped via Geniki Courier service.
We offer FREE shipping for all orders above 45€. For orders below 45€ we charge a flat
shipping rate of 4.70€.
European Union and International Shipping
We use DHL Express worldwide shipping for all orders.
We offer FREE shipping for all orders above 100€. For orders below 100€ we charge a flat
shipping rate of 25€.
"Kactri" is not responsible for any custom charges or duties that maybe imposed by non-EU countries.
Cancelling your order
Your order can be cancelled as long as it has not been processed and the product has not been sent.
However it is possible to return your item(s) within 14 days of purchase. To do this you will need to send an e-mail to info@kactri.gr or phone +302424024592 and talk to a representative of the company. Before you can cancel the order we will inform you by e-mail how to return the item(s) to us.
Applicable law
This agreement is governed by the provisions of Greek law, the Rules and Directives of European law and the relevant international provisions, made in accordance with the rules of good faith and business ethics.
