Within Greece all orders will be shipped via Geniki courier.
Free shipping for orders over 50€, otherwise 4,70€.
European Union and rest of the world
All orders for the EU and the rest of the world will be shipped via DHL.
Free shipping for orders over 50€, otherwise 15€.
"Kactri" is not responsible for any custom charges or duties that maybe imposed by non-EU countries.
12. Cancelling your order
Your order can be cancelled as long as it has not been processed and the product has not been sent.
However it is possible to return your item(s) within 14 days of purchase. To do this you will need to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or phone +302424024592 and talk to a representative of the company. Before you can cancel the order we will inform you by e-mail how to return the item(s) to us.
This agreement is governed by the provisions of Greek law, the Rules and Directives of European law and the relevant international provisions, made in accordance with the rules of good faith and business ethics.
