F.A.Q.

Frequently asked questions

Is your product organic?

Yes we sell nothing but certified organic, we can assure you that neither we,ever use any kind of pesticides, sprays, or synthetic fertilizers.

Can I pass a drug test after using your product?

Purely Ultra CBD makes NO guarantees that any person will be able to pass a drug test after using our products. Many do, but some definitely do not. There has been very little research on the subject, so we are unable to offer any insight regarding what amounts may cause a hot test.

Has my order shipped?

We need two full business days to process your order, so if it has been less than that, it's entirely possible that we need more time to finish it up.

Why is my order taking so long?

We do our best to ship out every order within 24 hours, but we are a small team, so we still ask that you give us two business days to process your order. More often than not, the delay can be blamed on the USPS.

What are your acceptable forms of payment?

We accept all major credit cards

I haven't received a tracking number!

Our emails seem to be going into peoples' spam and promotions folders. Did you check there? If you still don't see it, feel free to reach out to us.

I paid for 2-day shipping, but it's been two days and it hasn't arrived!

We do our best to get all packages out the door within 24 hours, but we’re a small team, so we ask that you give us two business days. Once that has happened, it will hopefully arrive within two additional business days. The USPS has been known to regularly stretch this to 3 business days.

I paid extra for First Class Shipping, and it's already been 2 days! Where's my package?

First Class Shipping takes 3-5 business days! Also, it is the same as Standard Shipping, aka Free Shipping. Don't pay more for shipping if you don't have to! We're required to list them as different options, even though they're all the same.

It says my order has been delivered, but I don't see it!

Oh no! We hate to hear this. The USPS tracking system will often list a package as "delivered" for multiple days before it actually arrives, so you should probably give it another day or two. If you still don't see it, please reach out to your local post office, as they'll give a customer far more info than they'll give us. Then stay in touch, and let us know what happens! We're happy to help how we can.

What is CBD?

CBD, (cannabidiol) is a compound called a cannabinoid found in the hemp variety of the cannabis sativa plant. The hemp plant has 100+ naturally occurring beneficial cannabinoids, including CBD, THC, CBG, and CBN, just to name a few. CBD and THC are considered the two primary cannabinoids and all other cannabinoids are considered minor cannabinoids. CBD is Non-Psychotropic (doesn’t produce a euphoric ‘high’) and is found in abundant concentrations in the hemp plant. THC is a psychotropic cannabinoid and is federally regulated to contain less than 0.3% concentration in the hemp plant, which makes hemp legal because you will not experience a ‘THC high’ at that level.

What is Full-Spectrum CBD?

Full-Spectrum CBD, also known as ‘whole plant’ CBD, means that it contains all of the cannabinoids and other beneficial chemical compounds that are naturally occurring in the hemp plant. The whole plant benefits of Full-Spectrum CBD are due to what is called ‘the Entourage Effect’ referring to the natural synergy of the plant. This refers to the principal: ‘the whole is greater than the sum of its parts’. The greatest beneficial value is in the whole expression of the hemp plant, with the presence of all of the cannabinoids and other compounds, as nature intended it!

What is Thymoquinone?

Thymoquinone, a monoterpene molecule is chemically known as 2-methyl-5-isopropyl-1, 4-benzoquinone. It is abundantly present in seeds of Nigella sativa L. that is popularly known as black cumin or black seed and belongs to the family Ranunculaceae. A large number of studies have revealed that thymoquinone is the major active constituent in N. sativa oil this constituent is responsible for the majority of the pharmacological properties. The beneficial organoprotective activities of thymoquinone in experimental animal models of different human diseases are attributed to the potent anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Thymoquinone has also been shown to alter numerous molecular and signaling pathways in many inflammatory and degenerative diseases including cancer. Thymoquinone has been reported to possess potent lipophilicity

Most Common use for CBD

Cannabidiol is most commonly used for seizure disorder (epilepsy). It is also used for anxiety, pain, a muscle disorder called dystonia, Parkinson disease, Crohn disease, and many other conditions, How does it work? Cannabidiol has effects on the brain. The exact cause for these effects is not clear. However, cannabidiol seems to prevent the breakdown of a chemical in the brain that affects pain, mood, and mental function. Preventing the breakdown of this chemical and increasing its levels in the blood seems to reduce psychotic symptoms associated with conditions such as schizophrenia. Cannabidiol might also block some of the psychoactive effects of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Also, cannabidiol seems to reduce pain and anxiety.
